TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using Miraaj Games (miraajgames.com, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your country, if higher) to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion is permanent and removes your account record, messages, gameplay history, and stats.

You agree that you will not:

• Submit false or manipulated scores, or use tools, scripts, bots, or memory editors to gain unfair advantage in any game.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate other users or staff.
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes a third party’s rights, including in chat, messages, or profile fields.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited advertising.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

The Service lets you send messages, post chat, and set profile fields (display name, nickname, avatar) — collectively, “User Content”. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit your User Content as necessary to operate the Service (for example, delivering a message to its recipient or rendering your name on a leaderboard).

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, and we may preserve and disclose User Content where required by law.

Leaderboards are a core part of the Service. We may recalculate, reset, or remove scores at our discretion — for example, if a game’s version changes, if cheating is detected, or to roll over daily challenges. Daily-reset games (e.g. Wordle) allow one play per UTC day per account; bypass attempts may result in account action.

The Service is partly supported by advertising delivered via Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for how ad cookies work and how to opt out of personalised advertising.

All Miraaj Games branding, code, designs, and original game implementations are owned by us or our licensors. Classic titles (e.g. Tetris-style, Snake, Pong-style) are re-implementations and remain subject to the rights of their original creators where applicable. You may not copy or redistribute the Service or its assets without permission.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your use poses a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue any feature. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits — will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miraaj Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
